High price, late delivery and no mention of additional customs duties

The pack is very pricey but I decided to buy nevertheless for my kid for a one-week ski trip. In the end the package arrived too late (delivery took longer than advertised when ordering) and I was informed that I needed to pay a significant amount as customs duties (again, was not made aware of this when ordering). I refused to pay and the package was returned to the seller. I will never order again from this seller.
