Still not received package

Being that i had the impression, from seeing your website, that all apparently is a smooth process in purchasing and receiving we find ourselves in a situation where our package presently is being held in Portuguese customs, we have tried all means possible in as far as our knowledge pertains in all these situations of duty and imports or taxes to retrieve our package while having already explained to you the outcome to which your ending reply was that due to medication this is what may be stopping the package to arrive our home and that if sent back we would receive a refund. Well to conclude it has all been an experience to forget and never attempt to try again.
